Day 1
On the “Burma Road” to Jerusalem
Ascend to Jerusalem along the historic route of 1948, then walk into the living heart of the Old City.

Day 3
Explore Tel Aviv & Jaffa
From the hall where the State was declared to the alleys of old Jaffa — the making of a modern metropolis.

- ✦Rothschild Boulevard — how Tel Aviv grew into Israel’s metropolis
- ✦Old Jaffa — its rich history, scenic alleys and art galleries
- ✦The Flea Market — a lunch break and a chance to find rare vintage treasures
- ✦The Rabin Assassination site, where the prime minister was shot in 1995
- ✦Time permitting: the Palmach Museum, the ANU Museum, or the “Squadron” jet-fighter simulator
